I walk the walk and talk the talk! In addition to sharing my love of health, fitness, and yoga with the world, I am also a runner, a cyclist, a gym lover, and a wannabe boxer.
Beyond my professional life, I like to spend time with my amazing family, give endless love to my adorable dogs, and lay around reading fantasy fiction.
