I help women stop abandoning themselves.
For years, I didn't even realize I was doing it.
I was showing up for everyone else.
Chasing expectations.
Checking the boxes.
Trying to be who I thought I was supposed to be.
From the outside, everything looked fine. But inside, I felt disconnected from the woman I knew I could be.
The moment I stopped abandoning myself, I finally started living.
Most women don't need more discipline.
They don't need another meal plan.
They don't need another self-help book.
They need to stop believing the story that they're not enough.
For years, I've watched women walk into classes carrying far more than tight hips or sore shoulders. They carried perfectionism. People pleasing. Self-doubt. The pressure to hold it all together while quietly wondering why they still felt disconnected from themselves.
I knew there had to be a different way.
That's why I created Glow Up Coaching.
This isn't about chasing a smaller body or becoming someone you're not. It's about peeling back the layers of conditioning that taught you to play small and rebuilding your relationship with yourself from the inside out.
My work blends strength training with transformational coaching, somatic practices, emotional processing, unconscious pattern work, breathwork, and behavior change because lasting transformation isn't just mental. It's emotional. It's physical. It's embodied.
I believe the strongest women aren't the ones who never struggle.
They're the women who stop hiding.
Women who trust themselves.
Who take up space.
Who stop waiting for permission.
Who build a body that feels powerful because it supports a life they love, not because it meets someone else's standard.
I've spent close to two decades immersed in the world of movement, mindfulness, and personal transformation. I've taught yoga since 2009, led teacher trainings, guided students through breath, meditation, and self-discovery, and continued studying the deeper work of lasting change through transformational coaching and human behavior.
I believe real growth doesn't happen by collecting more information.
It happens when you become the kind of woman who no longer lets fear make her decisions.
If you're ready to be challenged, supported, seen, and called into the life you've been telling yourself you'll start "someday," I'd be honored to walk beside you.
Your glow up isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about finally meeting the woman who's been there all along.
