My Training Philosophy
After spending over 15 years in the fitness world, I have found that functional movement training is the best form of strength training.
Functional movement training teaches your muscles to work synergistically by simulating common movements you do throughout your day. Using various muscles (both upper and lower body) simultaneously, functional movement exercises will also help enhance your core stability.
Simply put, by training your body with similar movements you do in everyday life, you will gain strength and a stronger core!

Remote personal training is a great option for those who have access to gym equipment and are self motivated to workout out. I have two options available for remote training:
