
Yoga isn't just a workout for me, it's a lifelong love affair. I'm endlessly curious about life in all its forms, and that curiosity has led me to explore every facet of yoga, from the physical to the deeply beyond.
My journey began over two decades ago, when a running injury (somewhat unexpectedly) led me to a led Ashtanga class. Big thanks to Madonna for that nudge! I had no idea that a single class would change the course of my life.
Since then, I've immersed myself in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Anusara, Hatha, Hindu philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, and meditation, always chasing a deeper understanding of this practice I love. I'm endlessly grateful to the teachers who've lit my path along the way: Gioconda Parker, Christina Sell, Noah Mazé, Douglas Brooks, Gina Caputo, Max Strom, and Annie Carpenter.
These days, I love passing that knowledge on as a trainer of teachers, leading 200-hour yoga teacher trainings for those ready to deepen their own practice and step into teaching.
In addition to teaching teacher trainings and weekly classes, I'm also an ERYT 1,000+ certified yoga teacher, which really just means I've spent a whole lot of time on my mat earning certifications I'm proud of. But my biggest strength has always been curiosity, so I'm continuing to learn and grow every year. Keep an eye out, because there's always more yoga coming in new and unexpected ways!
