Yoga isn't just a workout for me; it's a lifelong love affair. Driven by a curiosity that extends to every nook and cranny of life, I've made it my mission to explore all the facets of yoga, from the physical to the beyond.
My yoga journey kicked off over two decades ago when a running injury nudged me toward a led Ashtanga classes (a big-ol THANKS to Madonna!). Little did I know, that single class would become a turning point in my life.
In my classes, expect a mix of strength, alignment, and a dash of humor!
I've explored Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Anusara, Hatha, Hindu philosophy, anatomy, and meditation. Shoutout to amazing teachers Gioconda Parker, Christina Sell, Noah Mazé, Douglas Brooks, Gina Caputo, and Annie Carpenter for lighting my path. In addition to studying with the absolute best of the best, I'm also an ERYT 1,000+ certified yoga teacher which just basically means I've spent a lot of time on my mat in many certifications. My biggest strength is curiosity so I am continuing to learn and evolve every year. Be on the lookout for more yoga in new ways!
